Services activation

NAO Cloud services :

Certain NAO Cloud services must be activated in order to allow the proper functionning of NAO Viewer.

This configuration can be different depending on the type of asset you have on your application, tags and/or smartphone.

Mandatory services :

Applications and SDKs
- NAO® JS SDK : enable the map for NAOViewer, if this service is not activated, the map won’t be shown and an error will be returned.

Additional services
- NAO® Flow : Activating this service will enable NAO Flow menu.
  IF NAO FLOW SERVICE IS ACTIVATED, ONLY THE NAO FLOW AND THE MENUS WITHIN WILL BE VISIBLE. (only if not admin)
- Live counting : Activating this service will enable the counting menu.
- Capacity alerting : Activating this service will enable the map alerting with geofences on location and device count page.
- Analytics : Activating this service display the menu in NAO Viewer menu, and if an url is set, it will redirect you to corresponding analytics page.
